Is a 70W charger charges the battery of my laptop, but I think I'm supposed to use a 90W charger?

I'll buy a new iPod (about 30 minutes) – asks questions about my old man and a discount?
OK … I know I can convert my current ipod (which a battery that does not load) and get a discount of 10%. Or can I use my employer discount of 6%. … So should I turn my old and get a 10% discount, or use my discount of 6%, then replace the battery of my old iPod and give it to someone who wants one (my sister)?
